  1. LET US KNOW
    Inform us by email at info@shalimov.eu that you would like to return the product.
    Your message will be treated as a notice of withdrawal from the contract.<\/li>
  2. PACK THE PARCEL
    You can return the item in the same packaging to the address agreed upon via email.<\/li>
  3. REFUND
    Once we receive the shipment, we will process your return and refund the money to the account used for the payment.
    This usually takes up to three business days from the delivery of the returned products.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    3. COMPLAINT PROCESSING
      After receiving the shipment, we have 14 days to review your complaint and inform you of the decision.
