These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Store, placing orders, concluding sales agreements, complaint procedures, and the principles of personal data processing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.3. The Store sells handmade leather accessories.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.4. A customer of the Store may be a natural person with full legal capacity, a legal entity, or an organizational unit without legal personality to which legal capacity is granted by law.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.5. These Terms and Conditions are made available free of charge on the Store\u2019s website in a manner enabling their acquisition, reproduction, and recording (saving and printing) before concluding the agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.6. The Customer is obliged to use the Store in accordance with the law and good practices. The Customer is prohibited from providing unlawful content.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2e3b<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 2. DEFINITIONS<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Store \u2013 the online store available at shalimov.eu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seller \u2013 VSH Venture, NIP: 6782994583.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Customer \u2013 a person making a purchase in the Store.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consumer \u2013 a natural person performing a legal transaction with the Seller not directly related to their business or professional activity (Article 22\u00b9 of the Polish Civil Code).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights \u2013 a natural person concluding an agreement directly related to their business activity where it follows from the content of the agreement that it does not have a professional character for that person, resulting in particular from the subject of their business activity disclosed in the CEIDG register.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Product \u2013 a movable item offered in the Store.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sales Agreement \u2013 an agreement concluded between the Customer and the Seller through the Store.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Autopay \u2013 Autopay S.A. with its registered office in Sopot, ul. Powsta\u0144c\u00f3w Warszawy 6, 81-718 Sopot, KRS: 0000320590 \u2013 the entity providing online payment services in the Store.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2e3b<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 3. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.1. To use the Store, the following are required:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a device with Internet access,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">an up-to-date web browser supporting JavaScript and cookies,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">an active e-mail account.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.2. The Seller makes every effort to ensure that the Store is accessible to users of all popular browsers, operating systems, and device types.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2e3b<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 4. PLACING ORDERS AND CONCLUSION OF THE AGREEMENT<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.1. Orders may be placed through the Store\u2019s website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.2. To place an order, the Customer:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">selects a Product,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">adds the Product to the cart,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">completes the order form,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">selects the payment and delivery method,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">reads and accepts these Terms and Conditions,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">confirms the order by clicking the \u201cOrder and Pay\u201d button (or equivalent).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3. Placing an order constitutes an offer to conclude a sales agreement for the Product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.4. The sales agreement is concluded when the Seller confirms acceptance of the order for processing via e-mail sent to the address provided by the Customer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.5. Product prices are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include all taxes (gross prices). Prices do not include delivery costs, which are indicated to the Customer during the ordering process.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.6. The Customer is informed about the total order price (including delivery costs) before placing the final order.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2e3b<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 5. NATURE OF HANDMADE PRODUCTS<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.1. Products offered in the Store are handmade from natural leather.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.2. Due to the handmade nature of production and the natural origin of the materials, slight differences may occur between individual Products, particularly in:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">color shade,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">leather structure and texture,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">minor finishing details.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.3. Differences resulting from the handmade nature of the Product and the natural properties of leather do not constitute defects or non-conformity with the agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2e3b<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 6. PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHS<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.1. Product photographs presented in the Store are for illustrative purposes only.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.2. The Seller makes every effort to ensure that the photographs accurately reflect the appearance of the Products.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.3. Differences resulting from the Customer\u2019s monitor settings, lighting conditions during photography, natural leather properties, or handmade production do not constitute grounds for complaints.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2e3b<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 7. PRODUCT REVIEWS<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.1. Customers may publish reviews of Products.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.2. The Seller takes measures to verify whether reviews come from Customers who actually purchased the Product, including sending review invitations only to the e-mail address provided in a completed order.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.3. The Seller does not publish fake reviews or commission third parties to publish them. The Seller does not modify reviews to improve the Product\u2019s image.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.4. The Seller reserves the right not to publish or to remove reviews containing unlawful, vulgar, offensive, or Product-unrelated content.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2e3b<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 8. PROMOTIONS AND PRICE REDUCTIONS<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">8.1. In the event of a Product price reduction, the Seller shall, in accordance with the Omnibus Directive, display next to the reduced price the lowest price applicable to that Product during the 30 days preceding the reduction.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">8.2. If a Product has been offered for sale for less than 30 days, the Seller shall display the lowest price applicable since the Product was first offered for sale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2e3b<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 9. PAYMENT METHODS<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.1. The Store offers the following payment methods:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">traditional bank transfer,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">electronic payments (online instant transfers),<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Electronic, Maestro,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">BLIK,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cash on delivery (if available for the selected delivery method).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.2. Online payment services for card payments and instant transfers are provided by Autopay S.A.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.3. Transactions made via electronic payments and payment cards are processed according to the Customer\u2019s choice through the Autopay service.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.4. If a refund for a card transaction is necessary, the Seller shall refund the payment to the bank account assigned to the Customer\u2019s payment card.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.5. The Seller shall make refunds using the same payment method used by the Consumer unless the Consumer expressly agrees to another refund method that does not involve any costs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9.6. The Customer is obliged to make payment within 3 business days from the date of concluding the sales agreement. In the absence of payment within this period, the order may be cancelled.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2e3b<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 10. DELIVERY<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10.1. Products are delivered within the European Union and to other countries in accordance with the current list of countries available on the Store\u2019s website.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10.2. Available delivery methods:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DPD courier delivery,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">personal collection upon prior arrangement with the Seller.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10.3. Delivery costs are indicated to the Customer during the ordering process before the order is finalized. Costs depend on the selected delivery method and destination country.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10.4. Order processing time is up to 72 business hours from the moment the payment is credited (or order confirmation in the case of cash on delivery), unless otherwise specified in the Product description. Delivery time by the carrier must be added to the processing time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10.5. In the case of deliveries outside the European Union, the Customer may be required to pay customs duties and taxes in accordance with the laws of the destination country. These costs are borne by the Customer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2e3b<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 11. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">11.1. A Consumer and an Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights who concluded a distance agreement may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason and without incurring costs, except for the costs specified in points 11.5 and 11.7.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">11.2. The withdrawal period begins on the day the Consumer or a third party indicated by the Consumer, other than the carrier, takes possession of the Product.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">11.3. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal statement before the deadline expires. The statement may be submitted:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">in writing to the Seller\u2019s correspondence address,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">electronically to: info@shalimov.eu,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">using the model withdrawal form attached to the Consumer Rights Act (use of the form is not mandatory).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">11.4. In the event of withdrawal, the agreement shall be considered not concluded.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">11.5. The Consumer is obliged to return the Product to the Seller immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of withdrawal. The Consumer bears the direct costs of returning the Product.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">11.6. The Seller shall refund all payments received from the Consumer, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from the Customer choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest ordinary delivery method offered by the Seller), immediately and no later than within 14 days from receiving the withdrawal statement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">11.7. The Seller may withhold the refund until the Product is returned or until proof of return shipment is provided, whichever occurs first.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">11.8. The Consumer is liable for any diminished value of the Product resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Product.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">11.9. Exceptions \u2013 no right of withdrawal<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The right of withdrawal does not apply to agreements specified in Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, in particular agreements:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">for non-prefabricated Products made according to the Consumer\u2019s specifications or serving individualized needs \u2013 in particular Products made to individual order and personalized Products (e.g., embossed initials, monograms, dedications, custom colors or sizes);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">for Products supplied in sealed packaging which cannot be returned after opening for health protection or hygiene reasons if the packaging has been opened after delivery;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">for Products which, after delivery, are inseparably combined with other items due to their nature.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2e3b<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 12. COMPLAINTS (CONFORMITY OF GOODS WITH THE AGREEMENT)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">12.1. The Seller is obliged to provide the Customer with a Product compliant with the agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">12.2. The Seller is liable to Consumers and Entrepreneurs with Consumer Rights for any lack of conformity of the Product with the agreement under the rules specified in the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (Chapter 5a).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">12.3. The Seller is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery and disclosed within two years from that moment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">12.4. In the event of non-conformity, the Consumer is entitled to:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">request repair or replacement of the Product;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">request a price reduction or withdraw from the agreement \u2013 if repair or replacement is impossible, involves excessive costs, the Seller failed to bring the Product into conformity, or the lack of conformity is significant.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">12.5. Complaints may be submitted:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">electronically to: info@shalimov.eu,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">in writing to the Seller\u2019s correspondence address.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">12.6. In the complaint, the Customer is requested to provide: name and surname, contact details, order number, description of the defect, and the Customer\u2019s request. Providing this information facilitates complaint handling but is not a condition for processing the complaint.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">12.7. The Seller shall process the complaint within 14 days from the date of receipt. Failure to respond within this period means the complaint is deemed accepted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">12.8. The provisions of this section regarding Consumers shall apply accordingly to Entrepreneurs with Consumer Rights.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2e3b<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 13. OUT-OF-COURT COMPLAINT HANDLING AND CLAIM ENFORCEMENT<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">13.1. The Consumer may use out-of-court methods for complaint handling and claim enforcement, including:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">applying to a permanent consumer arbitration court operating at the Trade Inspection for dispute resolution;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">applying to the provincial inspector of the Trade Inspection for mediation proceedings;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">seeking free assistance from a district (municipal) consumer ombudsman or a consumer protection organization (including the Federation of Consumers and the Polish Consumer Association).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">13.2. The Consumer may use the European Commission\u2019s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform available at: https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr. The ODR platform serves as a point of access for consumers and traders seeking out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">13.3. The use of out-of-court complaint handling and claim enforcement methods is voluntary and requires the consent of both parties to the dispute.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2e3b<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 14. PERSONAL DATA \u2013 PRIVACY POLICY<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">14.1. Data Controller<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The controller of Customers\u2019 personal data is the Seller \u2013 VSH Venture, NIP: 6782994583, e-mail: info@shalimov.eu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">14.2. Scope of Processed Data<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Seller processes in particular:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">name and surname,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">delivery address,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">e-mail address,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">telephone number,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">company details (Tax Identification Number \u2013 for entrepreneurs),<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">order history,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">payment-related data (to the extent necessary to complete the transaction).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">14.4. Data Recipients<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Data recipients may include:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Autopay S.A. \u2013 online payment operator;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">courier companies and postal operators handling deliveries;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">hosting service and e-commerce platform providers;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">accounting office and accounting service providers;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">IT, marketing, and analytics service providers;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">public authorities \u2013 to the extent required by law.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">14.5. Data Retention Period<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">data related to order fulfillment \u2013 for the period necessary to perform the agreement and until the limitation period for claims expires;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">data on accounting documents \u2013 for the period required by law (generally 5 years from the end of the year in which the document was issued);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">data processed on the basis of consent \u2013 until consent is withdrawn;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">data processed for marketing purposes \u2013 until an objection is raised.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">14.6. Rights of Data Subjects<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Customer has the right to:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">access their personal data and receive a copy;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">rectify (correct) data;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">erase data (\u201cright to be forgotten\u201d);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">restrict processing;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">data portability;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">object to processing;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority \u2013 the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">14.7. Voluntary Provision of Data<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to conclude and perform the sales agreement. Failure to provide data will make order fulfillment impossible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">14.8. Cookies<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Store uses cookies to ensure proper functioning, traffic analysis, and \u2013 with the Customer\u2019s consent \u2013 marketing purposes. Detailed information about cookies is available in a separate notice displayed in the Store. The Customer may change cookie settings in their browser at any time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">14.9. Profiling and Automated Decision-Making<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Customers\u2019 personal data are not processed in a manner leading to automated decision-making producing legal effects or similarly significantly affecting the Customer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2e3b<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 15. FINAL PROVISIONS<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">15.1. Agreements concluded through the Store are concluded in the Polish language.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">15.2. Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by generally applicable provisions of Polish law, in particular:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the Polish Civil Code,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means of 18 July 2002,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the GDPR.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">15.3. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for important legal reasons (changes in generally applicable laws) or organizational reasons. Customers shall be informed of changes at least 7 days in advance by publishing the new version of the Terms and Conditions on the Store\u2019s website.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">15.4. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions do not affect Customers\u2019 acquired rights. Agreements concluded before the amendments enter into force shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions applicable on the date of conclusion of the agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">15.5.
