    1.3. The store sells handmade leather accessories.<\/span><\/p>\n

    1.4. A customer may be a natural person, a legal entity, or an organizational unit with legal capacity.<\/span><\/p>\n

    1.5. These Terms and Conditions are available on the store’s website in a form that allows saving and printing.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Store \u2014 the online store available at Shalimov.eu<\/span><\/p>\n

      Seller \u2014 VSH Venture<\/span><\/p>\n

      Customer \u2014 a person making a purchase in the store<\/span><\/p>\n

      Consumer \u2014 a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business activity<\/span><\/p>\n

      Product \u2014 a movable item offered in the online store<\/span><\/p>\n

      Sales Agreement \u2014 an agreement concluded between the Customer and the Seller via the online store<\/span><\/p>\n

      1. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        To use the store, the following are required:<\/span><\/p>\n

        \u2014 a device with Internet access<\/span><\/p>\n

        \u2014 an up-to-date web browser supporting JavaScript and cookies<\/span><\/p>\n

        \u2014 an active email account<\/span><\/p>\n

        1. PLACING ORDERS<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          4.1. Orders can be placed via the website 24\/7.<\/span><\/p>\n

          4.2. To place an order, the Customer:<\/span><\/p>\n

          \u2014 selects a product<\/span><\/p>\n

          \u2014 adds the product to the cart<\/span><\/p>\n

          \u2014 fills in the order form<\/span><\/p>\n

          \u2014 selects the payment and delivery method<\/span><\/p>\n

          \u2014 confirms the order<\/span><\/p>\n

          4.3. The Sales Agreement is concluded when the Seller confirms the order via email.<\/span><\/p>\n

          4.4. Product prices are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include taxes.<\/span><\/p>\n

          4.5. The Customer is informed of the total order price before placing the order.<\/span><\/p>\n

          1. NATURE OF HANDMADE PRODUCTS<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            5.1. The products offered in the store are handmade.<\/span><\/p>\n

            5.2. Due to the handmade nature, slight differences in appearance may occur, particularly in: color of elements, leather texture.<\/span><\/p>\n

            5.3. Differences resulting from the handmade nature of the product do not constitute a defect.<\/span><\/p>\n

            1. PRODUCT PHOTOS<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              6.1. Product photos are for illustrative purposes only.<\/span><\/p>\n

              6.2. The Seller makes every effort to ensure that the photos accurately reflect the appearance of the products.<\/span><\/p>\n

              6.3. Differences resulting from monitor settings, lighting, or the handmade nature of production are not grounds for complaints.<\/span><\/p>\n

              1. PRODUCT REVIEWS (OMNIBUS DIRECTIVE)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                7.1. Customers may publish reviews of products.<\/span><\/p>\n

                7.2. The Seller takes steps to verify whether reviews come from customers who have purchased the product.<\/span><\/p>\n

                7.3. The Seller does not publish or commission fake reviews.<\/span><\/p>\n

                1. PROMOTIONS AND PRICE REDUCTIONS<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  8.1. In the event of a price reduction, the Seller informs about the lowest price of the product within 30 days prior to the discount.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  1. PAYMENT METHODS<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    Available payment methods:<\/span><\/p>\n

                    \u2014 bank transfer<\/span><\/p>\n

                    \u2014 electronic payments<\/span><\/p>\n

                    \u2014 cash on delivery<\/span><\/p>\n

                    1. DELIVERY<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      10.1. Delivery is carried out within the EU and to other countries.<\/span><\/p>\n

                      10.2. Available delivery methods: DPD courier, personal pickup upon prior arrangement.<\/span><\/p>\n

                      10.3. Order processing time is up to 72 business hours, unless stated otherwise in the product description.<\/span><\/p>\n

                      1. COMPLAINTS (CONFORMITY WITH THE CONTRACT)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                        11.1. The Seller is liable for non-conformity of the product with the contract for 2 years from delivery.<\/span><\/p>\n

                        11.2. In case of non-conformity, the Consumer may request: repair, replacement, price reduction, withdrawal from the contract.<\/span><\/p>\n

                        1. PERSONAL DATA<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                          12.1. The Seller is the controller of Customers’ personal data.<\/span><\/p>\n

                          12.2. Personal data is processed for the purpose of: order fulfillment, complaint handling, customer contact.<\/span><\/p>\n

                          12.3. Data is processed in accordance with GDPR regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n

                           <\/p>\n

                          FINAL PROVISIONS<\/span><\/p>\n

                          13.1. Agreements concluded via the store are made in Polish.<\/span><\/p>\n

                          13.2. Matters not regulated herein are governed by Polish law.<\/span><\/p>\n

                          13.3. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for valid legal or organizational reasons.<\/span><\/p>\n
