DELIVERY & PAYMENTS

DELIVERY

We fulfill orders within European Union countries as well as
internationally.
• Shipping via DPD costs 20 PLN / 5 EUR.
• If you prefer a different carrier (e.g. InPost or DHL), please leave a
note in your order or contact us at info@shalimov.eu.
• Free shipping for orders over 500 PLN / 150 EUR.
• Personal pickup in Kraków is also possible – please arrange by email in
advance.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are shipped daily on business days. From the moment payment is
received, your order will be shipped within 48 hours (up to 3 business days
during peak periods).

If you need express shipping, please contact us by email and we will try to
speed up the process.

PAYMENTS

You can pay for your order in several ways:
1. Fast online payments (Autopay)

Via the operator Autopay S.A. we support:

• fast bank transfers from all major banks,

• payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Electronic,
Maestro,

• BLIK.

The payment is credited immediately, which allows us to prepare your order
faster. We recommend this method.
Online payments are processed by Autopay S.A.

2. Traditional bank transfer

PAYMENT DEADLINE

We wait up to 3 business days for payment. After this time, the order will
be automatically canceled.

REFUNDS

If a refund is necessary (e.g. withdrawal from contract, complaint), we
will return the funds using the same payment method you used for the
purchase. For card payments, the refund will be made to the bank account
linked to the payment card.
