RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

You have 14 days to return a product without giving a reason and 2 years to file a complaint for a defective product.

RETURNS

  1. Important: the 14-day right of return does not apply to custom-made or
    personalized products (e.g. with embossed initials, monograms, dedications,
    or in non-standard colors/sizes) – in accordance with EU consumer law.

    1. LET US KNOW

    Inform us by email at info@shalimov.eu that you would like to return the
    product. Your message will be treated as a notice of withdrawal from the
    contract. Please include your order number.

    2. PACK THE PARCEL

    You can return the item in the original packaging to the address agreed
    upon via email or to the seller’s correspondence address.

    3. SEND THE PARCEL

    The direct cost of returning the product is covered by the customer.

    4. REFUND

    Once we receive the shipment, we will process your return and refund the
    money using the same payment method you used for the purchase (for card
    payments – to the account linked to the card).

    Standardly we do this within 3 business days of receiving the product, and
    no later than 14 days as required by law.

    We may withhold the refund until we receive the product back or until you
    provide proof of return – whichever comes first.

COMPLAINTS

  1. 1. LET US KNOW

    You have 2 years from receiving the product to file a complaint.

    The best way to submit a complaint is by emailing info@shalimov.eu with a
    short description of the defect, a photo attached, your order number and
    contact details.

    2. SEND BACK THE PRODUCT

    We will provide you with the shipping details.

    3. COMPLAINT PROCESSING

    After receiving the shipment, we have 14 days to review your complaint and
    inform you of the decision. Together, we will decide whether repair,
    replacement, price reduction or a refund is the best solution.

    If we do not respond within 14 days, the complaint is considered accepted.

    Please remember about the natural character of our products

    Our products are handmade from natural leather. Small differences in shade,
    texture or grain are not defects – they are a sign that each piece is
    unique.
